Walter is a native of Greensboro and resides locally in the Triad. He has a passion for helping and providing services for his community. With five years of property-enhancing experience, Walter is dedicated to providing prompt communication and solving issues quickly for the Greensboro market.
Pearle Maravilla
Rental Coordinator
Pearle holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Christian Counseling. As Rental Coordinator, she provides tenants with support throughout the entire rental process, determining tenant needs, scheduling repair requests, and making sure maintenance is completed in a timely fashion.

Karl brings managerial skills from 30 years in the construction industry managing varied labor forces and high-pressure projects. His forged maintenance expertise keeps facilities running smoothly. Karl is pursuing a North Carolina home inspection license and enjoys golfing and boating.
